TD77 Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to TD77. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") set out the rules and obligations that apply when you access and use the TD77 platform at td77.vin. By creating an account, logging in or placing any bet or wager on TD77, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

TD77 is an online entertainment platform providing sports betting, live casino, slots and related gaming services. All transactions on TD77 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform is operated for adults aged 18 and above only.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the TD77 platform. These Terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of how they access it — whether through a web browser on desktop, the TD77 Android app, the iOS web app or any other method.

In these Terms, "we", "us" and "TD77" refer to the operator of td77.vin. "You" and "player" refer to any individual who registers an account and uses the platform. "Platform" means the td77.vin website and all associated mobile applications.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an account and use TD77 you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be registering and playing for personal entertainment purposes only — not on behalf of any third party or business entity.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information when creating your account, including your name and contact details.
• You must not already hold an active TD77 account. Each person may register one account only. Operating multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms.
• You must not be a person who has been self-excluded from the TD77 platform or who has been previously banned by TD77 for any reason.

TD77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time. This may include a government-issued ID, proof of address or proof of payment method. Where verification is requested, accounts may be temporarily restricted until the process is complete.

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials — your username and password — secure and confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. TD77 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain password security.

You must keep your account information up to date. If your contact details, payment method or any other registered information changes, you are responsible for updating your account accordingly.

3. Deposits and Payment Methods

TD77 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All balances, bets and payouts are displayed and processed in PKR. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits processed instantly in most cases.
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits processed instantly in most cases.
• Raast — Pakistan's interbank instant payment system.
• Bank Transfer — direct transfer from Pakistan bank accounts.
• Debit and credit cards where supported.

Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed on the TD77 Deposit page at the time of transaction. Deposit minimums are set with Pakistan players in mind and are reviewed periodically.

Deposits are credited to your TD77 account balance once the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. In most cases for JazzCash and Easypaisa this happens within seconds. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending bank.

TD77 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The payment method used for deposits must belong to the account holder. Deposits made from accounts not registered in your own name may be reversed and the associated funds withheld pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider in connection with deposits to TD77. TD77 does not charge a fee for receiving deposits, but we cannot control charges imposed by third-party payment providers.

4. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of funds from your TD77 account at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawals are paid in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible, or to a verified payment method registered to your account.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the TD77 Withdrawal page.
• Withdrawal requests are processed by the TD77 payments team during operating hours. Processing times vary by payment method but TD77 aims to process requests as quickly as possible.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed fastest. Bank Transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on your bank.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to payment methods verified as belonging to the account holder. We do not send funds to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• TD77 reserves the right to request identity or payment verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• If your account has an active bonus with an incomplete wagering requirement, the bonus funds and any winnings derived from them may not be withdrawable until the wagering requirement is met. Real money funds deposited beyond the bonus are not affected by this restriction.

If a withdrawal request is rejected for any reason — incomplete verification, a suspected policy violation or a technical issue — TD77 will notify you and the funds will be returned to your account balance. The issue can then be resolved and a new withdrawal request submitted.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

TD77 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are displayed on the TD77 Promotions page. The following general bonus rules apply across all promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other behaviour that TD77 considers to be bonus misuse — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated timeframe. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the account balance.
• Free bets and free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the conditions stated in that promotion. Winnings from free bets or free spins may be subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• TD77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled, players who have already opted in and begun meeting the wagering requirement will be treated fairly and their progress will be taken into account.
• TD77 employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in any player promotions.

Promotions are designed to add value to the genuine player experience. TD77 does not design bonus terms to be intentionally unachievable — wagering requirements and conditions are stated plainly and are intended to be understood before you opt in.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on TD77 are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are displayed within the relevant section of the platform at the time of placing a bet.

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player unless the platform explicitly offers a cash-out or bet cancellation feature for that market.
• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. In the event of a technical error displaying incorrect odds, TD77 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's account balance.
• Live in-play bets on cricket, PSL matches and other sports are accepted subject to market availability. TD77 does not guarantee that all markets will remain open throughout an event.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and are displayed within the betting interface. Stakes outside these limits will not be accepted.
• Casino games — including live dealer tables, slots and crash games — are subject to game-specific rules provided by the game provider. TD77 displays the return-to-player (RTP) information for slots where this is made available by the provider.
• In the event of a disputed bet outcome, TD77's decision — based on official data sources and game records — is final. Disputes must be raised with the support team within seven days of the event or game round in question.

TD77 uses certified random number generation for all casino games that rely on it. Live casino outcomes are determined in real time by physical game elements — cards, roulette wheels and dice — operated by professional dealers on streamed tables.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on TD77. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals and permanent banning from the platform:

• Creating more than one account on the TD77 platform, whether under your own name or using a different identity.
• Using software, bots, scripts or automated tools of any kind to place bets, access the platform or interact with games.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, game glitches or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players during live casino games or any other game format where collusion could provide an unfair advantage.
• Using funds of unclear or unlawful origin to deposit or bet on TD77. The platform must not be used for money laundering or any related financial crime.
• Sharing account access with other individuals or allowing others to use your account to place bets.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing any member of the TD77 support team or other players in any accessible community space.
• Attempting to circumvent any security measure, verification requirement or access restriction on the platform.

TD77 monitors platform activity to detect patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where an investigation is ongoing, the relevant account may be temporarily restricted. TD77 will not be liable for any inconvenience caused to a player during a legitimate investigation.

8. Responsible Gaming

TD77 is an entertainment platform for adults. We take seriously our responsibility to provide tools and information that help players manage how they use the platform. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all account holders:

9. Account Suspension and Closure

TD77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct or use of the platform for unlawful purposes.
• Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.
• Extended account inactivity where TD77 deems it appropriate to close dormant accounts in line with its operating policies.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real money deposits not involved in any breach will be returned to the player after any outstanding investigation is concluded and subject to identity verification.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact the TD77 support team. Account closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Pending bets placed before the closure request will be settled normally and any resulting balance will be paid out to your verified payment method.

10. Limitation of Liability

TD77 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and platform performance, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be accessible or free from technical issues.

• TD77 will not be liable for any loss of profits, opportunity or earnings arising from platform downtime, technical errors or temporary unavailability of any feature.
• TD77 will not be liable for any loss arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• TD77 is not responsible for any charges, fees or losses incurred through your bank, mobile wallet or payment provider in connection with your use of the platform.
• Nothing in these Terms limits TD77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under applicable Pakistan law.

11. Changes to These Terms

TD77 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via the contact details on their account.

Your continued use of the TD77 platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure through the support team.
